Here at Walcot Hall we can cater for events of all shapes and sizes, with our civil ceremony room holding up to 80 guests, or five outdoor locations for larger crowds, including The Enchanted Forest, The Secret Garden, The Fountain Terrace, The Orchard Woodland and Narnia Woods (which are all as magical as they sound!). Our spectacular marquee can also cater for 250+ guests, giving us the biggest capacity in the area for events of all kinds.

Midweek (Monday-Thursday)
From £325 +VAT (for 3 hours).

£60.00 +VAT per hour thereafter.

This includes exclusive use of Walcot Hall and grounds with one member of staff.

Weekends (Friday-Saturday) – From £825 +VAT

Perfect for birthday celebrations, anniversaries or a special get together.

This is for exclusive use of our beautiful venue from 6pm until Midnight.

Catering, entertainment, flowers and venue dressing can also be arranged for you should you require.

This includes exclusive use of Walcot Hall and grounds with one member of staff.

Sunday Afternoon – From £350 +VAT

Additional hours are charged at £60.00 +VAT thereafter.

Perfect for Baby Showers, Christenings or perhaps Afternoon Tea.

Catering, entertainment, flowers and venue dressing can also be arranged for you should you require.

This includes exclusive use of Walcot Hall and grounds with one member of staff.
