Amazing day made even better by the venue
We recently had our special day at the Walcot Hall Estate. The venue is beautiful in its setting and offers a piece of luxury without being over the top. We chose to have a Staycation wedding, with arrival on the Friday afternoon for the bridal party and close family guests staying at the Hall, that includes a home cooked meal on the Friday evening. This was a great way to relax into the weekend and start things off, as well as being able to enjoy the stunning décor of the venue.
The wedding was held on the Saturday with the ceremony taking place on the fountain terrace – thankfully the weather was perfect for this. To be surrounded by the greenery of the tress and shrubs, accented by the bright floral colours from the flowerbeds, made for a memorable occasion – as it should be. As there were a large number of guests for the reception, this was held in the marquee which is on-site. Walcot Hall Estate looked after the floral arrangements, as well as the venue styling in the marquee, and they did an amazing job. Everything matched together perfectly with a timeless and classy feel to it.
The owner, Cindy, wedding planner, Teresa, and all of the Hall’s staff were friendly and could not have done more for us to be helpful, both over the weekend and in advance of the day. So many things had already been taken care of that we were not expecting or even before we had thought of them. As newbies to getting married, guidance from Walcot on what needed to be booked, and suggestions of who to use, was much appreciated and also took away much of the complexities to arranging the event. Overall, what was a magical day was made even more special by the venue and location we chose and we could not recommend it highly enough for anyone else.

We had the whole estate to ourselves, it was such a great place in a beautiful location. Would 100% stay again! Great yurt and facilities, hot tub and BBQ were amazing. Lovely walk, local pub and tea room, not too far of a drive to the shop. Cindy and her team were amazing and the hot tub and BBQ ready to use when we arrived (which we did!), definitely recommend the stay!
Wow Magical Christmas
Me and my partner travelled all over Lincolnshire to find a perfect venue for our big day. We then found Walcot Hall. Upon arrival it’s magical it’s so beautiful and the owner Cindy invite us in the place was amazing. We booked for our Christmas wedding and what a day we had absolutely beautiful wedding the best day of my life, they go the extra mile Cindy and her staff. The ceremony room was beautiful, after the ceremony they even brought round a horse so we could have a lovely photo.
The night was amazing, the food was 10 out of 10 and the preparation and planning was to perfection. When you go to Walcot Hall they are like family and if I could give them 6 stars I would because Cindy and her staff are amazing. Walcot is magical and the whole venue has a perfect atmosphere, I couldn’t have wished for a better wedding.
We will go back again because this place is the most relaxing nicest place ever and Cindy cooks a lovely breakfast you feel part of her house it’s not just a job to them they made it so so special and I am forever grateful love to all of you and Merry Christmas.

I cannot recommend Walcot Hall Estate enough! We got married there last weekend (under the massive oak tree in the grounds 🌳) and it was perfect. I can’t imagine having held it anywhere else.
Cindy and her team worked tirelessly to ensure the hall/grounds were pristine and the day was just as we imagined.
We especially loved the welcome and friendly feel provided by all that work at the hall, with both ourselves and our guests feeling very at home and comfortable throughout the wedding and our stay.
It really is an exquisite venue and made even better by the people who work there 💒🕊💕

My partner and I stayed here with our dog for a couple of nights and honestly… what a beautiful little gem!
Walcot hall is by far the best venue to get married at…..every detail was perfect, the grounds were beautiful, stunning and perfectly kept, our wedding photos at this venue were perfect… Cindy made this day amazing for us, we were left wanting for nothing, they even threw in a massive beautiful arch in last minute to make it even more beautiful. The place was pristine, the staff were on it all day!!! Didn’t stop and made our guests and us feel like we were the only people who had ever got married there!!Cannot recommend Walcot hall highly enough. Cindy, Theresa, Helen and Julie worked tirelessly to make this day the amazing wedding it was!! If you want the perfect wedding day this is your place. Every single one of our guests complimented the staff and the venue and how professional and stunning it was. X
Wonderful Staycation
My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Walcot Hall with a staycation at the house, with the Yurt also.
Cindy and Helen were both on hand to answer all my questions on the weeks leading up to the weekend and were always so helpful and friendly.
The grounds and house itself at Walcot are gorgeous! The beautiful outdoor spaces with outdoor seating and BBQ were very well used as we had great weather! Before our arrival Cindy asked if we wanted a small pool putting up as we had younger children, which was a life saver and a big hit with the children! And we could easily keep an eye on them too! The gardens are gorgeous and maintained with wonderful views over the fields with the horses. I think everyone of us enjoyed watching the stable hands take the horses out each morning and bring them in each night too. Wether it was from the lawns or from the kitchen window it was always a lovely little treat being sop close to them!
All rooms in the house are beautifully decorated and in keeping with the houses feel, especially all the bedrooms! The children all said they were princess bedrooms, which they truly are. With such comfortable beds too!!
We couldn’t be more grateful to Cindy, Helen and the team who got the house prepared for us, everything was spotless. And putting additional beds in the rooms we had requested to cater for the smaller ones was such a big help!
I would recommend a wedding and a staycation to anyone, truly a beautiful place that you can make wonderful memories.

Our Wedding Day
We had our wedding here and it was absolutely amazing. Cindy, the staff and wedding planner Julie were amazing. Beautiful grounds very well kept and our every need was sorted for us. Best day of our lives and would highly recommend for anyone who wants the perfect day. Very professional and excellent venue. Book now for perfect day. Me and Deb would do it all again there. Five stars from us. X

I organised and hosted a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend at Walcot Hall this weekend and the place exceeded all expectations! Cindy was incredibly helpful in the lead up to the event, answering all questions I had and offering suggestions for the day. We were even offered early check in and late check out to accommodate those coming from further away!
The venue was stunning – photos don’t do it justice – all beds were VERY comfortable, the house was lovely and cool in the heat, cabin and yurt both stunning (although yurt very hot in the warm weather!!), shower in the yurt was perfectly fine (some comments on showers inside being slightly weak, nothing major).
As it is very secluded and far from shops, I organised a Tesco delivery the morning of the event, which Cindy and her staff very kindly took in and put away for me! I underestimated the drinks required for a group of 18, but Cindy came to the rescue and sold us some wine before leaving us to enjoy!
Although the (extremely lovely) staff were on site for the duration of our stay, looking after the horses etc. the place felt private and relaxed. Our evening even went into early hours of the morning with no bother, Cindy was just pleased we had a great time, it was such a dream!
I had great feedback from everyone that attended, Cindy was truly fabulous, making us feel very relaxed and we felt we were able to treat the place as our own for the weekend which was honestly all we could ask for!
Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you book your staycation here, we had an incredible time and we even said we should make it a yearly occurrence since we had such fun!

I thought the whole event was marvellous, from the beautiful surroundings to the friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help; the lovely, well-presented food (especially those sausage rolls!) and the well organised wedding service which, itself, was a very personal and intimate affair. Our time there was very enjoyable and the whole event was very relaxed. I would definitely recommend Walcot Hall for anyone looking for somewhere to get married (and the wedding photos are wonderful!).

We had our naming ceremony here last weekend and it was amazing! We had our wedding in the enchanted forest in 20th June 2019. It was beautiful and magical. It’s a fabulous venue with lots of options for ceremonies. a wonderful day was had by all, I’d highly recommend!
Walcott Hall is absolutely stunning. When I first arrived I gasped at the beauty of the house set off by the gorgeous lawns and driveway leading to the front entrance. Cindy and her team are amazing there is so much to choose from marquee enchanted gardens unicorns if you wish. The choice is endless and we havnt even got to the catering or the decorating of tables etc. I was becoming overwhelmed. If it hadn’t been for Cindy’s expertise in this area I would of been stuck. Tha…nks to Cindy’s professionalism and knowledge and the support of the team my event ran smoothly and I was confident in the whole team at Walcot. I will defiantly be using Walcot again for my little girls princess parties and also my daughter’s wedding. Thank You so much to everyone at Walcot especially Cindy she kept me calm and on the ball with everything. Top Notch at everything I requested and I am a picky lady that expects the best.

Cindy was very welcoming from the first time we met her. We told her what we wanted for our wedding day, she said “let’s make it happen” and so we did. We couldn’t be happier with how everything went, from meetings with Cindy and Julie, to the wedding day itself. Cindy also did our flowers which were beautiful. It was the perfect day, so happy wot have these memories of Walcot Hall.
Walcot Hall is a stunning location for your special day. Julie and Cindy work tirelessly to make your day as perfect as you envisioned! They clearly love what they do and every tiny detail is thought about. The house and gardens are just beautiful and will look gorgeous in your photographs. The bedroom upstairs where you can get ready and put your dress on is lovely, the whole place has a wonderful feeling about it and I cannot recommend it enough. I felt so lovely on our wedding day and was made to feel really special and thats thanks to Cindy and Julie. I just wish I could do it all over again now! Words cannot express enough how grateful I am to both lovely ladies and I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to hold our special day at Walcot Hall; a place that is now firmly lodged in our hearts xx

I had my baby shower here on 16/10/2016 organised by my friend Cara dexter. The place was absolutely stunning very inviting. Lovely welcome from the staff and they made you feel right at home. First of all wow! This venue made my dream wedding come true! It was stunning and everything looked perfect. The marquee looked incredible and we had a perfect day! Cindy has been brilliant since meeting her and nothing is too much trouble, they allowed me to have everything I dreamed off.
